St. Alfred + NIKE joined up to create a pop up store called 6 points, located in Chicago, on Milwaukee, North Ave, and Damen (6 corners). Each season they plan to adopt a new theme and bring different artist in to redesign the interior of the store. We are covering events at the NIKE pop store, and decided it would be a good idea to use the space to make some art of our own. PLOT: A pressured athlete is mentally training himself as he slips into a night terror. The athlete is haunted by memories from his old high school's bleachers. The athlete is represented by his shoes which take on a personality of their own. The shoes are put the test against the nostalgic wooden bleachers, which he hated and loved so much.

I got hired to make some online content for EA. They asked me to get in touch with a street drift crew in Chicago. I got in touch with a friend who I knew drifted cars and it ended up his crew was risky devils. So We went out filming street tricks dodging police potholes and cars. - Joe

Give it up for Executive Producer Michael Ferstle for making this video happen. Jake Zalutsky and Brad Bischoff (Rubbish—HYSTK's Production sisters) create a great video for up and coming music duo “The Loneliest Monk”. Casey B(hystk) also teamed up on the project as cinematographer to help Jake Z get those great shots. We used the HYSTK alley for the 7th time on this video.

Black mags was my first real attempt to making a great music video. We worked diligently to make sure the video matched the aesthetic of the song. While making sure it was not your typical rap video with woman and whips. Our initial goals were superseded when the video garnered over 3 million views on the web and was mentioned in Rolling Stone as one of the best new videos of the year. There was also a competition to see who could find all the animations first, Justin Timberlake won.
